Nite Owl Drive-In: Terms and Conditions

General Information:

• Location: 1400 NE 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33132

• Buying a ticket with us is agreeing to our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to ask anybody who violates our terms to leave without a refund.

Tickets and Admission:

• Tickets are only sold through our website. We do not sell tickets on site.
• Entry to the drive-in theater is subject to purchasing a valid ticket.
• Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
• In order to be admitted into the theater, your I.D. must match the name on the ticket/order receipt. No stage names, nicknames, initials, or social media handles are allowed for both tickets and concessions orders.
• Each car space reservation includes a ticket for 1 person unless stated otherwise.
• Additional adults will be ticketed at $19.99 per person unless stated otherwise.
• Additional children under 12 will be ticketed at $9.99 per child unless stated otherwise.
• Gate closes 30 minutes after the movie begins.

Vehicle Requirements:

• No walk-ins or pedestrians.
• No motorcycles, scooters, box trucks, or buses.
• Vehicles should be road-legal and have a valid license plate.
• Oversized vehicles, such as RVs and large trucks, may be restricted to specific areas to avoid obstructing views.

Safety:

• Maximum speed within the premises is 5 mph.
• Headlights and vehicles should be turned off once parked in the viewing area.
• Always follow the instructions of the theater staff, especially when entering, parking, or exiting.
• No changing of reserved spots.
• Folding chairs are allowed; sit in front of your vehicle only.
• You may also Tailgate or sit in the trunk of your SUV or Pickup Truck if in the designated area.
• No sitting on top of trunks, roofs, or open windows.
• No open flames or fire pits allowed.

Conduct:

• Patrons must respect the enjoyment of others. Excessive noise, including honking without reason, is prohibited.
• No alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances are permitted on the premises.
• Pets are only allowed if they remain inside the vehicle and do not disrupt other movie-goers.

Movie Sound:

• Sound for movies will be broadcasted through a designated FM frequency. Ensure your car’s radio is functional.
• Personal radios can be rented during the checkout process if necessary.

Littering:

• Please use designated trash containers for any waste. Littering on the premises is strictly prohibited.

Liability:

• Management is not responsible for any damage to vehicles, theft, or personal injury sustained while on the premises.

Show Cancellations:

• In case of adverse weather conditions or technical difficulties, the show might be cancelled. Refund policies will be communicated at the time of the cancellation.

Refunds and Exchanges:

• Tickets are non-refundable. All sales are final.

Exit Policy:

• Patrons who wish to leave before the end of the movie must do so with minimal disturbance.
• No re-entry is allowed once you exit the premises.

ADA Accommodations:

• For ADA access, please inform the concierge upon arrival.

Florida Law on Idling and Headlights:

• By Florida law, cars are not allowed to idle for the duration of the show. If anyone refuses to turn off their car or headlights after being warned, they will be kindly asked to leave.

Updated Safety Guidelines:

• Face coverings are strongly recommended for all guests indoors.
• We do not require proof of vaccinations.
• We remain focused on maintaining the highest cleanliness and sanitization standards.

Prior to entering, individuals must confirm they are not:

• Experiencing COVID-like symptoms.
• COVID-positive.
• Under a self-isolation or self-quarantine order.

If you cannot confirm all of the above, please do not enter our facilities.

Changes to Terms:

• Management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
