General Information

      • Location: Downtown Miami, Florida

    Reservations and Ticketing

        • Each car space reservation includes tickets for 2 passengers and concessions for two.

        • Additional adults (past the included 2) will be ticketed at $9.95 per person.

        • All children under 12 will be ticketed at $5.95 per child.

        • Note: Tickets will be scanned upon entry. The first ticket scanned is the only one allowed for entry.

      ADA Accommodations

          • For ADA access, please select spots 1G, 2G, or 3G and inform the concierge upon arrival.

        Rules and Guidelines

            • No changing of reserved spots.

            • Folding chairs are allowed; sit in front of your vehicle only.

            • No sitting on trunks, roofs, or open windows.

            • Smoking and alcohol are prohibited.

            • Maintain a speed of 2 mph while entering the lot.

          Florida Law on Idling and Headlights

              • By Florida law, cars are not allowed to idle for the duration of the show. If anyone refuses to turn off their car or headlights after being warned, they will be kindly asked to leave.

            Check-In Process

                • Please have your boarding pass (ticket with QR code received via email) ready prior to approaching the entrance gate to ensure a smooth check-in.

              Updated Safety Guidelines

                  • Face coverings are strongly recommended for all guests indoors.

                  • We do not require proof of vaccinations.

                  • We remain focused on maintaining the highest cleanliness and sanitization standards.

                Prior to entering, individuals must confirm they are not:

                    • Experiencing COVID-like symptoms

                    • COVID-positive

                    • Under a self-isolation or self-quarantine order

                  If you cannot confirm all of the above, please do not enter our facilities.

                  Refunds and Final Sales

                      • All sales are final.

                    • Concession credits are only valid for the ticketed show.
